What happens in a class?

Warm-Up – fun games & movement prep
Skill Work – learning basic functional movements (squats, push-ups, balance drills, jumping)
Workout – short, fun circuits with bodyweight & light equipment (dumbbells, med balls, skipping ropes, rowers)
Game / Cool Down – teamwork & play to finish strong

Who is it for?

CrossFit 1864 Kids is designed for children ages 5–12, with classes tailored to their stage of development.

Our program is split into two groups: CrossFit Kids (ages 5–7), where the focus is on fun games and learning basic movement skills, and CrossFit Pre-Teens (ages 7–12), where we build on those foundations with more structured workouts and teamwork. Each class is safe, engaging, and age-appropriate, helping every child grow stronger, more confident, and excited about fitness
