What's Included

21 days of unlimited classes – Come as often as you want. Most people start with 2-3 times per week.

  1. Proper coaching every session – Every class includes foundations work. We teach you the movements before you do them.

  2. Everything scaled to you – Whether you're coming off the couch or you've been training for years, we adjust the workout to match where you are.

  3. No pressure at all – Show up, work hard, go home. That's it.

"I'm not fit enough for CrossFit." That's the point. Every workout gets scaled to your level. You'll never be asked to do something you can't do.

"I've never done Olympic lifting." Neither has anyone on their first day. We teach you properly from the start.
