Yes — every class is capped at 10 athletes. That's the whole point. We're not a big-box gym or a high-volume CrossFit box. You get genuine coaching attention in every session, and your coach knows your name, your goals, and how to scale the workout to fit you. Small group training is our model, not an afterthought.
We do — the 12:30pm class runs Monday to Friday and is one of our busiest sessions. We're 15 minutes from Canary Wharf and 5 minutes from Blackwall and All Saints DLR, so you can be back at your desk within the hour. It's one of the main reasons our members choose us over gym chains closer to the Wharf.
Not at all. Every workout is scaled — meaning the movements, weights, and intensity are adjusted to match where you are right now. That said, all new members start with our Beginners Course (3 weeks, £160) before joining group classes. It's not a test — it's how we make sure you feel confident and safe from day one.
Yes — strength work is a core part of almost every session. You'll squat, deadlift, press, and build real lifting foundations over time. We don't just do "metcons" and call it CrossFit. Strength training is built into the weekly programming deliberately, so members get stronger week on week, not just fitter.
We run early morning sessions from 6am, a lunchtime class at 12:30pm, and multiple evening sessions from 5:30pm — all Monday to Friday. Weekend sessions are also available. The schedule is designed around professionals commuting to and from Canary Wharf, Poplar, Isle of Dogs, and surrounding areas.
The cap of 10 is the real difference. Most gyms near Canary Wharf are either large commercial gyms where you're on your own, or boutique studios where classes are 20+ people. Here, every session is fully coached, everyone knows your name, and the programming is designed to build real fitness over months and years — not just burn calories in a single class.
